Michael Jackson’s doctor defense is MJ killed himself

Michael Jackson’s doctor is on trial for the fight of his life beginning with the preliminary trial that will result in whether or not the judge sends the case to court. No one listening to testimony this week can even consider it not going to trial. What some are wondering is whether a plea bargain will occur.

Last week anything seemed possible but this week the strategy seemed to be come clearer. It seems the defense is leading the way basing the defense on Michael Jackson self-medicating himself causing his own overdose.

Now regardless of the strategy a few things are clear:

1. Dr. Murray seemed reckless in administering a drug that should never the administered not in a surgical/hospital setting.

2. Proper monitoring by Dr. Murray did not occur. He seemed rather busy texting, emailing, phoning and going to the bathroom to have any idea what his drug induced patient was either up to or condition he was in.

3. Inadequate equipment, expertise and rescue procedures were used or administered by the doctor.

4. Dr. Murray knowingly shipped drugs to a home address thus covering up the intended purpose or to who the drugs were being administered to.

5. An obscene amount of time seemed go by before Dr. Murray called authorities.

There seems to be a reckless disregard to how drugs are tracked, administered, and controllled in a system that seems to allow doctors be nothing more than drug peddlers. Whether or not Michael Jackson used or abused drugs is outside the scope of some seriously needed discussion. How is a back alley drug dealer any different than a licensed physician who knowingly orders vast amounts of drugs for a single patient, sends them to a private residence instead of a clinic, administers them in a private home where clearly they were never intended to be used, without proper training or monitoring.

Everything that was said in the above article I agree with completely. Conrad Murray was and is only a back alley drug dealer. If he thought Michael gave himself the drugs then the drugs should have never been in the home and the so-called doctor should have had him in a drug rehab, helping him not making his condition worst.
