Marie Osmond’s son commits suicide

Marie Osmond‘s teenage son committed suicide. Michael Blosil, one of Osmond’s eight children, jumped from his downtown Los Angeles apartment building. Apparently he left a note behind stating he intended to commit suicide due to a life-long battle with depression.
An autopsy and toxicology tests are being conducted.
A rep for Marie Osmond just released this statement on Marie’s behalf:
“My family and I are devastated and in deep shock by the tragic loss of our dear Michael and ask that everyone respect our privacy during this difficult time.”
Marie Osmond’s son, Michael Blosil, had checked into rehab in 2007 but his friends and roommates said he was clean and sober but had been struggling recently.
The LAPD has launched a death investigation into the suicide and if there is any evidence of foul play, it will turn into a homicide investigation.
Donny Osmond released a statement that says: “Please pray for my sister and her family.”
Donny and Marie canceled their show at the Flamingo Las Vegas tonight.
