Dr. Conrad Murray will walk into court on Monday to be charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson. Finally it seems the D.A. and LAPD have agreed to allow him to surrender without being arrested.

Dr. Murray in court

Dr. Murray will apparently show up in court with a bondsman on Monday. We’re also told the recommended bail will be $25,000, which will be posted on the spot.

All of this is supposed to take place on Monday at 1:30 p.m. At that time it is believed the judge will order Dr. Murray to go to an LAPD station for booking. It’s unclear how long Murray will have to appear at the station.

Now just in case you have not been kept updated on this crazy sage and feud between the D.A. and LAPD but today was supposed to be the day the good doctor was to be charged.

The drama of when and how the good doctor would be charged have been keeping everyone in the media hopping for days. A 1:30 court date never happened, the scheduled press conference by Murray’s attorneys was later cancelled, and the DA is now trying to distance itself from all the rumours of feuding with the LAPD.

Dr. Conrad Murray’s legal team pulled the plug on a news conference today after the D.A. said he’ll file charges on Monday against Murray in the death of Michael Jackson.

Murray’s legal team had planned to show up to court today — charged or no charges — but backed off and instead scheduled a news conference.

Then the D.A.’s office put out a release saying they planned on making their case on Monday.

This is crazy……do any of these agencies know what they are doing?
