Charlie Sheen’s divorce turning ugly

Charlie Sheen is once again in the news and this time it is not for wife assault or for his recent meltdown in a New York hotel which seems to be resulting in pending charges by the porn star guest in the room. No, this time it is domestic but it is on the divorce front.

Brooke Mueller is claiming that the papers and agreement she signed in the spring after the assault charges were based on the two agreeing to wait a year before proceeding with the divorce. Well all bets are off now that Charlie has filed for a divorce asking for joint custody.

Sheen’s spokesperson claims Sheen did reach out to Mueller before filing the papers but that does not seem to be the story from the other camp.
